Christmas Opening Hours & Emergency Cover
Over the Christmas period, our team will be taking a break to spend time with family and recharge for the year ahead. Please see our festive opening hours and emergency cover below.
Christmas Closure
Heat Leicester will be closed from Monday 23rd December up to and including Sunday 5th January. Normal service resumes on Monday 6th January.
Limited Emergency-Only Cover
During the closure period we will have very limited emergency-only cover on the following dates:
- 27th December – Emergency breakdowns only (Ian)
- 29th December – Emergency breakdowns only (Zack)
- 2nd January – Emergency breakdowns only (Ben)
These days are strictly reserved for no heating or no hot water situations only. Routine servicing, quotes, installations and non-urgent issues will not be available during this period.
No Work on Any Other Days
On all other dates between 23rd December and 5th January we are fully closed with:
- No routine boiler services
- No new boiler or air-conditioning installations
- No quotes or surveys
- No non-urgent call-outs
- No emergency cover outside 27th, 29th December and 2nd January

Christmas Boiler Breakdown Cover in Leicester
Heat Leicester offers very limited emergency boiler breakdown cover between Christmas and New Year. Emergency call-outs are available on 27th December, 29th December and 2nd January, for homes with no heating or no hot water.
