General Terms

Heat Professional Heating Services Ltd (“Heat Leicester”) provides heating, plumbing, and air conditioning services including HeatCare and HeatCare+ cover plans. All work is carried out by our directly employed Gas Safe and F-Gas registered engineers.

All quotes and pricing are subject to site inspection and confirmation. Fixed quotes remain valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to amend or withdraw offers at any time.

Guarantees & Cover

Our workmanship carries a 12-month guarantee. Manufacturer warranties apply to installed products as per manufacturer terms. HeatCare and HeatCare+ customers receive protection with no call-out fee, subject to plan-specific inclusions.

Customer Responsibilities

  • Provide clear and safe access to the work area.
  • Ensure an adult is present for scheduled visits.
  • Maintain your system as per manufacturer guidance.
  • Notify us immediately of leaks, gas smells, or power faults.

Exclusions

  • Decorative or cosmetic repairs (e.g., painting radiators).
  • Sludge, scale, or debris damage unless flushed as advised.
  • Damage caused by third parties or unqualified persons.
  • Frozen, inaccessible, or external pipework repairs.
  • Solar or renewable systems unless specified.
  • Shower units, taps, or unrelated plumbing issues.

Appointments & Cancellations

Appointments can be booked online at heatbookonline.as.me or by calling 0116 278 8222. A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations to avoid call-out charges.

Service plans may be cancelled within 14 days for a full refund (minus any service already provided). Cancellations after that period are refunded pro-rata.

Data & Privacy

We comply with the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018. Your information is used solely to manage services, warranties, and finance applications. Data is never sold or shared except with approved partners (Worcester Bosch, Novuna, and Refcom) for service or compliance purposes.

To request a copy or deletion of your data, contact heat.leicester@gmail.com.
