Please read these terms carefully before subscribing. They outline what’s covered, what isn’t, and your rights as a HeatCare or HeatCare+ customer. Click any section below to expand.
HeatCare+ is the name of the boiler and heating cover provided by Heat Professional Heating Services Ltd (“Heat Leicester”). Our plans offer fixed-price monthly protection, with no excess charges and no limit on call-outs, subject to individual plan terms.
We do not cover cosmetic or decorative repairs, or any damage caused by weather, third-party work, or accidental impact. Routine tasks such as repressurising, replacing batteries, or thawing frozen pipes are excluded. Sludge or debris damage is not covered unless a system flush was completed as advised.
Any faults caused directly by a new installation (within six months) are covered under your workmanship guarantee. All Heat Leicester installations carry a 12-month workmanship warranty. We reserve the right to cancel or amend cover with fair notice and a pro-rated refund. We are not responsible for accommodation, secondary heating, or consequential loss.
All HeatCare+ plans include an annual service (except during the first year of a new Worcester Bosch installation, where manufacturer servicing applies). Cover begins on receipt of your first payment and renews annually. Non-payment may lead to suspension or cancellation.
If a repair is found to be uneconomical, we will advise on replacement options. Extended warranties are valid only for the original homeowner and void if the plan is cancelled, transferred, or the boiler is relocated.
Customers must ensure safe access and adult supervision at all times. You are responsible for asbestos removal, safe access equipment, and maintaining accurate contact information. If any third-party work affects your system, we may require written approval or inspection before continuing cover.
We aim to attend the same day if a fault is reported before 10 a.m. Emergencies reported later will be scheduled at the next available time. We only use genuine manufacturer-approved parts where available and do not charge extra for return visits required due to part availability.

- Hot water cylinders, shower pumps, or taps.
- Sludge, debris, or limescale-related faults.
- External pipework, drains, or frozen condensate pipes.
- Smart controls not installed by Heat Leicester.
- Solar, heat pump, or renewable heating systems.
- Damage from misuse, third-party interference, or DIY repairs.
- Unbalanced systems, corrosion, or inaccessible tanks.
- Cosmetic work such as painting or cleaning radiators.
- Vermin, infestations, or corrosion due to neglect or age.
- Scaffolding, ladders, or lifting gear beyond standard access.
- Systems serving swimming pools or commercial buildings.

You can cancel within 14 days for a full refund (minus any completed service). Cancellations after that period are refunded pro-rata. Missed appointments require 24 hours’ notice to avoid charges.
