Can you smell gas?
Don't use a normal Heat booking for a suspected gas emergency. Open doors and windows, avoid naked flames and electrical switches, turn the gas off at the meter if safe to do so, leave the property if necessary and contact the National Gas Emergency Service on 0800 111 999.
