The Heat difference
Cover without becoming a number.
HeatCare isn't there to turn Heat Leicester into a national insurance company. It's there so we can keep looking after the heating systems our local customers rely on.
Your support comes from Heat Leicester's local engineering team.
Covered HeatCare+ repairs aren't followed by an excess charge, subject to the plan terms.
Regular servicing remains part of the relationship rather than something you have to remember to arrange separately.
Heat Leicester is a Worcester Bosch Accredited local heating company.
We're based here and have been serving Leicester and Leicestershire since 2011.
New Worcester Bosch?
HeatCare+
Keep us involved after installation day.
HeatCare+ at £12 per month is designed for eligible new Worcester Bosch boilers installed by Heat Leicester.
It keeps annual servicing and ongoing support with the team that fitted your boiler in the first place.
Eligible Worcester Bosch installations may also qualify for extended protection of up to 14 years when HeatCare+ requirements are maintained. We'll confirm the applicable guarantee and terms with your installation.

HeatCare FAQs
The useful questions.
What's the difference between HeatCare and HeatCare+?
HeatCare costs £10 per month and is designed for existing boilers. It includes an annual boiler service and two call-outs, but repair parts and repair costs aren't included. HeatCare+ starts from £12 per month and is designed around eligible new Worcester Bosch installations and the wider HeatCare+ cover range.
Does every plan include an annual boiler service?
Yes, annual servicing forms part of the HeatCare plan range, subject to the applicable plan terms. For a new Worcester Bosch installation, the servicing arrangements during the first year should be read alongside the HeatCare+ terms.
Is there an excess on HeatCare+ repairs?
The published HeatCare+ plans have no excess for covered repairs. The repair must fall within the cover provided by your particular plan and the full terms and exclusions apply.
What does HeatCare+1 cover?
HeatCare+1 is the boiler-only repair plan. It includes the annual service and covered internal boiler components, parts and labour. Controls, valves, radiators and heating pipework aren't included at this level.
What's the difference between HeatCare+1 and +2?
HeatCare+1 focuses on the boiler. HeatCare+2 extends the cover to specified heating controls and components including pumps, valves, room thermostats and programmers. Both are currently £22 per month.
What does HeatCare+3 add?
HeatCare+3 is the broadest plan in the range. In addition to the boiler and covered controls, it extends protection to covered radiators and heating pipework, subject to the full terms and exclusions.
Is everything in my heating system covered?
No. Even the broadest plan has exclusions. The published terms exclude items and causes including certain decorative radiators, hot-water cylinders, underfloor heating, sludge or debris related faults and other specified circumstances. Read the full terms before joining.
Can I just book a boiler service instead?
Yes. You don't have to take a monthly plan. A standard annual boiler service can be booked separately for £70.
HeatCare terms
Full terms & conditions.
Please read these before joining. They explain your cover, responsibilities and exclusions.
General terms and conditions
HeatCare+ is provided by Heat Professional Heating Services Ltd, trading as Heat Leicester. Plans provide fixed-price monthly protection according to the level of cover selected and are subject to the exclusions and conditions set out in the full plan terms.
Cosmetic or decorative repairs and damage caused by weather, third-party work or accidental impact are not covered. Routine tasks such as repressurising, replacing batteries or thawing frozen pipes are excluded. Sludge or debris-related damage is not covered unless system flushing requirements have been met.
Your HeatCare+ cover
HeatCare+ plans include annual servicing subject to the terms of the plan and the arrangements that apply during the first year of a new Worcester Bosch installation. Cover begins when the first payment is received and renews annually. Non-payment may result in suspension or cancellation.
If a repair is considered uneconomical, Heat Leicester may advise on replacement options. Any extended protection is subject to its applicable conditions.
Your responsibilities
Customers must provide safe access to the appliance and system and ensure appropriate adult supervision. Customers are responsible for matters such as asbestos removal, specialist access requirements and keeping contact details accurate.
Third-party alterations or work affecting the heating system may require approval or inspection before cover can continue.
Main exclusions
Exclusions include plumbing, drainage or electrical work outside the covered heating system; decorative or aesthetic radiator issues; hot-water cylinders; shower pumps and taps; sludge, debris and limescale related faults; external pipework and drains; frozen condensate pipes; certain smart controls; renewable heating systems; damage caused by misuse, third-party interference or DIY work; and specialist access costs.
Underfloor heating and systems serving commercial buildings or swimming pools are also outside the published HeatCare+ cover.
Booking and cancellation
HeatCare appointments can be arranged with Heat Leicester. Cancellation and refund rights are subject to the current HeatCare terms, including the applicable notice requirements for booked appointments.
