How often should I have my boiler serviced?
Boilers are normally serviced annually. If your boiler has a manufacturer guarantee, check the applicable terms for its servicing requirements.
Can you service my gas fire at the same time?
Yes. The combined annual gas boiler and gas-fire service is £140. You can also book a gas-fire-only service for £75.
What's the difference between a boiler service and Heating MOT?
The £70 annual service focuses on your boiler. The £180 Heating MOT includes the boiler service plus inhibitor addition, gas appliance inspection, leak testing, control maintenance, system balancing, valve checks and radiator bleeding.
Do you service Worcester Bosch boilers?
Yes. Heat Leicester is Worcester Bosch Accredited and services Worcester Bosch boilers as part of our local heating work.
What happens if you find a fault during the service?
We'll explain what we've found and advise you if further work is required. A routine boiler service is not the same as a repair, so additional repair work may need to be arranged separately.
